About

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts where I lived for the first
twenty-three years of my life. I attended Western New England College, in Springfield,
Massachusetts, where I earned my B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public
Administration.

After living my whole life on the East Coast, I decided that I wanted to try living
somewhere different, and I enrolled in law school at Gonzaga University School of Law
in Spokane, Washington. After my first year of law school, I interned at the Spokane
County Public Defender’s Office. The following year, I switched sides, and became a
Rule 9 intern at the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During my third
year I spent the year working at Gonzaga’s University Legal Assistance, a non-profit
legal clinic. There I worked on a variety of cases including family law, consumer law,
and property law.

Immediately after graduating law school I began working at the Law Offices of Clayton
Dickinson, in Fircrest, Washington. While there I primarily represented clients in family
law and criminal defense matters. I worked there until the summer of 2012 when I
opened Adam Teal Law, PLLC.

I have lived in the Tacoma area since 2009 with my girlfriend and our two cats. In my
spare time I like cooking, skiing, playing softball, and watching the Red Sox, Patriots,
and Celtics.
